Leadership: Why You Should Lead The Pack

The best reason to become a leader is to embody what you’d like to see in a leader yourself. Most who believe they are leading are actually bullies. By force, through intimidation, through ridicule, and false flags those self-proclaimed leaders have given everyone the wrong impression.

The broad stokes that appeared to work in a mass marketing culture trolling for control no longer work in a niche system where a tribe is the most important asset anyone can have.

Consider the success of Jerry Garcia and The Grateful Dead, and how those principles are being used today. Read as much as you can about  how and why The Dead stood above the crowd of other bands in an era when music was prolific.  Another place to begin  is reading the work of James C. Hunter who illustrates what Garcia chose to do through service.
