Whether you’re a songwriter, author, journalist, poet, blogger, publicist or any combination thereof — writing every day is a part of a disciplined routine. These are literate art forms that must be practiced daily to remain sharp, cutting like butter through the blizzard of white noise.
I kind of see the value in consistent blog posts. Once a day every week day (weekends aren’t allowed) should show a pattern of something — and I’m learning a few things.
One, interesting topics are a subjective matter.
Writers are tortured minds. Hitting perfection on a regular basis is brilliant, who can do this everyday? Their own harshest critics, writers see a reflection of their daily lives down there in the soul of their words — provided of course, they can find them.
