What a Difference a Year Makes

Exactly one year ago today, I met one of the most fun, funny, wise and respectable women you will ever run across. I remember the date, because she sent me an e-Card that made me laugh so hard I couldn’t believe it. She didn’t even know me, yet the essence of the humor was something perhaps only a middle-aged white chick would get.

Kat Caverly of http://Greetums.com adds unadulterated joy to every single day for so many people, and without a doubt every single person she comes in contact with. You simply must go to her site and check out her collection of cards and witty reminders of how funny life really is.

It’s true that sad things happen to just about everyone every day. Perhaps that’s why music found it’s way into my career rather than the other way around. Music brings joy. Kat incorporates legal forms of music in much of her work and it always adds just the right sparkle for the moment.

She is such a dear woman, if you don’t know her yet, please run over to her online “store” (my word, not hers) to check out a vast array of things that will tickle your funny bone where wit and wisdom may have failed you.

Cheers to my friend, Kat, and celebrating a one-year friendship that means the world to me.
